when I thought Miley couldn't do worse she surprised me. Fame does make people crazy but what was she going through or thinking to do what she did at the VMAs.  Well I HOPE SHE IS AT LEAST PLEASED WITH HER CHOICES SINCE ON THE GOOD SIDE SHE GOT MAJOR PUBLICITY.
