SNORING REGIMENS


  1. Sleeping on your side instead of the back
  2. Hot showers before bed
  3. Raising the head of  the bed
  4. Practicing good sleeping habits
  5. Changing your pillow cases 
  6. Avoid alcohol and tranquilizers
  7. Losing weight or exercising 
  8. Stop smoking 
  9. Avoid eating too much before bed
  10. Inadequate sleep
