what to do when you're sad

Hello people!! so you just broke up with your boyfriend/girlfriend, you failed at something, someone upset you, you're just mad at someone or the whole world, here are a few things you should do.

  1. so positivity is key- stay away from negative thoughts & force yourself to go to your happy place 
  2. exercise- go to the gym, might meet a new hottie 
  3. clean up, dress up, call up a friend and go grab lunch 
  4. put some make up on, look cute go to the mall 
  5. get online and google funny stuff - vines do it best 
  6. get yourself a bottle of wine and watch a chick-flick 
  7. get good rest 
  8. post up some inspiriting quote 
  9. take some happy selfie and put it on the gram 
  10. get to do your favorite hobby- braid some hair, weave a basket, feed some chicken, milk a cow.... whatever floats your boat
